apa nak tulis dalam guestbook atau wedding card?

pengalaman sendiri, aku selalu blur nak tulis apa dalam guestbook. kalau wedding card tu mungkin ada masa nak berfikir (kecuali kalau dah last2 minutes). tambahan pulak kalau time2 tu, ada kawan-kawan tak berapa guna dok urge kat belakang. haha.. tu ok lagi, sebab kawan-kawan sendiri..boleh buat 'lantak ko lah atau suka hati aku lah, sape suh lambat..' hahaha..memang kawan2 aku selalu buat camtu, aku pun selalu buat balik. lalala~~ atau pun, tengah2 berfikir nak tulis apa, nampak pulak kawan2 yg 8 tahun tak jumpa. dah hilang idea nak menulis. sebab excited nak pelok2, muah2, comolot ngan diorang. silap2 hari bulan, terus terlupa nak tulis. paling rasa bersalah, kalau ada orang lain yang tak dikenali tengah tunggu turn nak tulis. aiyookk.. memang nak cepat aje lah time tu.

memandangkan sekarang ni, dah banyak wedding ada guestbook, so, be prepare with ur wishes. dan bila aku baca blog ex-b2b, all of them enjoyed reading the wishes left for them again n again.

So, apa nak tulis instead of just write Tahniah! Selamat Pengantin Baru! Selamat Berbahagia hingga ke anak cucu... atau Congratulation on your wedding! full stop. ? (aku la ni selalu tulis ni je. dah blur, x leh nak pikir, ni je aku mampu pikir masa tu..huhu.. maafkan daku). Here's some tips.

Senang dan Selamat
ucapan-ucapan seperti contoh di atas adalah paling senang dan selamat. tak kira korang close ke tak dengan bride & groom tu, relationship sedara ke kawan ke jiran ke sape ke. hehe.. tapi boringggg..haha. janji ikhlas kan.

Thank You
say Thank you for let us be part of their big day. bukan semua orang dapat invitation tu. tambah2 kalau buat kat hotel atau mana2 tempat yang limited seats.

Best wishes
mengucapkan atau mendoakan atau mengharapkan yang baik2 kepada pengantin. (sila tahan dengan ayat geli2 sterusnya) contohnya, "semoga cinta sampai syurga." "semoga kasih dan cinta terus bermekar selamanya." hahaha.. ok aku translate ayat english. "May your marriage be full of love," "We wish you a lifetime of love together" or "May you have as many years of happy marriage as we have had." ataupun boleh jugak, ayat2 common seperti "Semoga cepat dapat baby." ataupun kalo utk aku, "Semoga cepat dapat transfer, dan boleh stay together. " hahaha..

Memories
for those yang dah lama kenal, boleh diselitkan cerita2 comel dulu2, ataupun masa first time meet up the couple. contohnya, "tak sangka ko dah kawen, aku ingat lagi masa dulu2 kita main lompat2 meja berangan jadi sailormoon. hahaha.." ataupun "wei, dulu bukan hang suka nick carter ka?hebat gila laki hang boleh merampas hang daripada nick carter. " atau "dulu kecik2 ingat tak kita main kawen2? now you are really married! happy for you. " atau "The first time I met Abu(the groom), I couldn't believe how perfect you guys together."

Welcome to the Family

This can be applied if you are a family member or a close friend. contohnya "We are just so excited to have Joyah (the bride) as our new cousin," or "We welcome Abu (the groom) to the family and are so happy to have another nephew." By welcoming the bride or groom, you will quickly make her or him feel like one of the family.

Poem
A short sweet poem would be nice. in English or Malay. ataupun pantun ke. mungkin yg ni kena prepare sikit. unless korang memang penglipurlara puitis macam atia. hahaha..tiba2 petik nama atia.

Nasihat

This is a new journey for the bride n the groom. Even if you're not yet married, you still can remind them here n there. contohnya suruh banyak2 bersabar, jangan malas2, always tolerate and etc etc. Kalau yang dah kahwin, berpengalaman, boleh la bagi nasihat2 yang lagi hebat. aku nak bagi contoh pun x ada idea. hihi.. ataupun u can be specific to the bride or groom. contohnya, "Abu, please take good care of our little sister. Be nice to her. Guide her." atau "Joyah, you're now a wife. Ingat pesanan mak ayah. Dengar cakap suami. Jangan suka merajuk. "

Hati ke Hati

Just say what you feel. Heartfelt sentiments can be sensed through your words, so saying what you feel is always a good idea. Don't worry if you don't sound "fancy" enough, worry that you are able to get your true feelings across to the couple whose special day of their marriage you are fortunate enough to share with them. After all, the words you write from the heart are the ones most especially felt.

Attachkan gamba2 you & the bride/groom/both. The most memorable pic. Ataupun gambar korang sendiri (with partner/family maybe) as a memory for the bride and groom. Picture speaks a thousand words kan.
